Sneak Peek: Hannah

Hannah is one of Abby's best friends, and came along for the photo ride with us (Actually, it was Hannah that found us the great location - go her!) She couldn't stay the whole time, so I don't have as many of her as I'd like, but I do have a few I love. That girl can JUMP!

sneak peak: Jake

I went to Upper yesterday (that's Upper Sandusky, for those not in the know) to take some fun senior photos of my cousin Abby. I had told her, anyone she wanted to bring along I'd photograph. I'd photograph until either they got tired of me, the sun went down, or I ran out of memory.

One of the folks Abby brought along was her boyfriend Jake. Jake is such a cutie, but apparently hates to have his photo taken. I have no idea why... he's very photogenic. Since I have so few of him, he was who I started with. So here you are Jake!

I have a budding artist on my hands. Which, frankly, is not necessarily a good thing.

Olivia is not allowed to have pens. There is a reason Olivia is not allowed to have pens. Yesterday, Olivia drew on my living room walls, officially marking the last unmarked wall in the upstairs of my house. So today's photos aren't the most glamorous, or even technically correct (noise city!!) but I felt I needed to document the beautiful art someone is leaving for me.

Needless to say, some of my time off that should be spent working on my studio, will most likely be spent painting. I'm over the artwork filled walls.

the tooth that started it all

I'd like to say that my tooth broke because I fell, or because someone hit me... but no... my tooth broke because I had poor dental hygene for years and years. This tooth breaking is what prompted me to even start going to the dentist again after 10 years of going without. Luckily, the tooth I broke was a wisdom tooth, and the dentists decided that pulling it was the best option. After telling them about my 365 project, they let me keep the tooth. And man, the hole in it was bigger then I thought it was!

Honestly, I felt a little silly asking for the tooth back... until the dentist left me alone in the room with the assistant lady. She came up to me and tells me what I find to be a funny funny story. Apparently, she also asked for all of her wisdom teeth when she had them pulled. And she kept her braces. Really... apparently you can keep those! Well then, in dental school or whatever, she had to make molds of her own teeth.... she glued her braces onto the molds she made!! How funny is that! Maybe I just find it funny because its so something I would do. :)

Might actually get caught up to today

I got a wisdom tooth pulled on Monday, and it's slowing down my blogging process. But, I think I'm caught up to yesterday in the 365 project. YAY!

Saying Olivia let me put pigtails in her hair would be flat out lying. It was more like, me pinning her down until the bands were around her hair. Cute result though

I don't even know why we have this Yoda doll. Or why I photographed it. Must have been nerves before the dental thing. It's creepy.

Claire is just all smiles right now. She's all proud of herself for climbing up on things. I'm just proud that she is now able to get down. Three days of climbing up on the couch only to scream about not being able to get down was getting old.
