oh baby

There are some milestones that are celebrated among parents... First steps, first words, first haircut. There are personality traits that come out that you adore... the funny things kids repeat, their wit that they use on their own.

And then there are milestones parents never talk about, but seem to hit each kid. Claire has officially moved into what we like to call in the Nesser household, the 'hoarding' stage. If you recall, we literally just broke Olivia of this not even six months ago... and yet here I am telling you that Claire is doing it. She wants Blankie. And Baby. And doggie and kitty and foofa and brobee and pinky and mr. guinea pig and you get the idea.

But, just like green and purple pus are the important toys to Olivia, Blankie and Baby are everything to Claire. What I find so amusing is that Claire picked lovies that are so much bigger then her! Baby is half of Claires height! But she drags her everywhere. What a good mommy she is!
